He brings extensive experience in the practice of Company Law and Foreign Exchange Management Act. He began his journey by working with leading Company Secretaries in both Mumbai and Pune. His forte lies in providing consultancy services related to Corporate Laws, Corporate Compliance Management, and NCLT matters. Successfully handled over 200 companies based in Mumbai and Pune. Additionally, he is associated with several leading corporate legal service providers in Pune. His dedication and expertise contribute significantly to the success of Jog Limaye & Associates.

She is a commerce and graduate and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, With over 12 years of experience in secretarial services. She commenced her career with corporates such as Thermax Limited, the Videocon Group, and the Force Motors Group. She has hands on experience in corporate law, FEMA, SEBI Listing Regulations, audit and due diligence. During her tenure with the Videocon Group, she played a pivotal role in listing securities on the Securities Exchange Commission – NASDAQ, USA.

She is a commerce graduate and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She brings with her 12 years of experience as a Company Secretary & Legal Advisor. Started her career with Liebherr, a German MNC, industry conglomerate Kirloskar Group and as a team lead with BDO India LLP (PAN India). Her forte lies in vetting and drafting legal agreements, providing practical solutions for routine legal compliances under Company Law and FEMA.
